Nylon Carbon Fiber
Carbon fiber reinforced nylon optimized for high strength to weight ratio, stiffness, and heat resistance making it ideal for structural applications and metal replacements.
METHOD ensures that your parts will have properties that are nearly identical to injection molded parts by utilizing real ABS, a Stratasys patented circulating heated chamber, and SR-30 soluble support material.
PC-ABS is a strong, engineering-grade material that has both a high heat resistance and high impact resistance. When ABS
does not provide a high enough impact resistance, but high heat resistance is still required, PC-ABS is a great alternative, due
to the addition of polycarbonate.
ASA has extremely similar properties and printing requirements to ABS. The main difference is that ASA has better UV resistance.
Method X is the only desktop 3D printer capable of printing with Stratasys Patented SR-30 soluble support material for ABS. SR-30 is the only soluble support available on the market for ABS.
PVA is the ideal water soluble support material for Nylon and PLA. Water soluble support materials allow to print complex geometries that are impossible with breakaway supports.
Ideal for printing parts subject to heat, abrasion, impact and fatigue.
Great material for easy printability with superior surface appearance. However, PLA parts will be brittle.
