We are big fans of Zeph solder paste at MakerBot. This stuff goes on very nicely, solders great, and just generally does a great job. I've used this stuff to solder 50+ SMT / SMD boards and it lasts forever. I've been using the same tube for about 9 months now and I don't even refrigerate it.
